Taking Group Attendance
It’s exciting to be a part of small groups and continue to see lives grow and change through Christ. As we continue growing, we would like to continue taking attendance so that we can track how we are doing and make adjustments along the way to help people build relationships and grow in faith. Whether you have not done this before or have not in a while, here is a play by play to help you along the way.
To create a login:
Go to bwater.ccbchurch.com.
Below the “Login” button, click “Request Account”.
Select your campus, and click “Continue”.
Fill in the required information and click “Submit”.
An email will be sent to you shortly asking you to “Activate Login”.
Here are the links to download this app, just click on your device*:
*When you login into this app, it will ask you the subdomain. Select “Enter Subdomain” and then enter: bwater. Then, use the login you created from the email in step 1.
Here is a video we’ve created that will show you how to populate your group and take attendance each week. Also, it will show you how to easily access the birthdays of those in your group, how to easily organize a schedule for providing meals if need be, and more!
If you would prefer to take attendance via a webpage, all leaders in your group will receive a weekly email that will prompt you to “Record Attendance”. If you click on this button, it will take you to a webpage that will let you record attendance.
